Mortgage rates up overnight

Interest rates on home loans gained again Monday. The 15-year fixed rate average increased to 5.93 percent and the 30-year fixed-rate climbed to 6.26 percent. Conversely, rates on the 1-year adjustable rate mortgage dropped to 5.63 percent.
